ORDERS PROCESSED WITHIN 24 HOURS

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours of your order (excluding the month of December, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

PLEASE NOTE: During busy periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas or Sales, delivery times may be extended.

Your package is shipped the same day you order if it is placed before 1 p.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales), we allow an additional preparation time of 48 to 72 hours before shipping.

We will send you an email as soon as your package is shipped as well as the tracking number of your order so that you are informed of its successful delivery.

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

- Via Colissimo Domicile: €6.90 incl. VAT , delivered to your home without signature, within 48 hours (excluding Corsica), free for purchases over €50.

- Via Colissimo Relay Point: €6.90 incl. tax ,

- Via TNT Express: €13 incl. VAT , delivered to your home within 24 hours if ordered before 11 a.m. (excluding Corsica).

BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG, GERMANY, HOLLAND, AUSTRIA, ITALY, SPAIN, IRELAND, PORTUGAL

- Via Colissimo Europe: €9.90 delivered to your home in 4 to 7 working days.

REST OF EUROPE

- Via Colissimo Expert International: €14.50 delivered to your home in 4 to 10 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD & DOM-TOM

- Via Colissimo Expert International: €20.00 in 4 to 10 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: Outside the European Union, customs charges may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

IN CASE OF ABSENCE OR NON-PRESENTATION

- Via Colissimo: The Colissimo La Poste service only comes once. In the event that you are absent, the package is dropped off at the nearest post office and will be included in your tracking.

- Via TNT Express: The TNT service comes only once between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. On the morning of delivery, you will receive a text message from TNT informing you of the delivery in progress. It is not possible to change a delivery time or address once it is in progress. In the event that you are absent, the package is dropped off at a TNT relay point and will be included in your tracking.

RETURNS & RETURN COSTS

Please note: In the event of a return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

From the moment you receive your package, you have 14 days to withdraw and return the items to us if they do not suit you.

In the “Order History” section:

1) Click on “Details” of your order
2) Check the product line to return
3) Indicate the reason for return
4) Validate the return request
5) A return slip will be generated to be included in the package. (Please note this is not a shipping slip)

6) Go to a post office to have your package sent

7) Upon receipt of the package, the refund will be effective within 8 to 15 days.

Please return the product in its original packaging in perfect condition and attach your Delivery Note to the shipment to facilitate the work of our logistics team.
The products must be returned new, reconditioned as in their original condition and with packaging in perfect condition;

If the packaging is defective or if an element of the box is missing, your refund will be charged at €6 including tax.

RETURN FOLLOWING AN ORDER ON A PARTNER SITE

You must make your return request on the partner site directly. The latter will tell you the procedure to follow. Please note, do not return the package without having made a return request beforehand.
